Origin and improvements
SIRIVER MKII is a result of several cycles of recurrent selection for disease and pest resistance and agronomic performance within the cultivar Siriver. The forage yield is increased considerably compared to SIRIVER and CUF101. Without irrigation/dry conditions, SIRIVER MKII shows higher forage yields.
Productive for several years
High seedling vigour for fast establisment. And increased persistency compared to SIRIVER.
Sown at 20-25 kg/ha, SIRIVER MKII will produce through 3-5 years after sowing.
